I had services through Brozwood about a year and a half ago. When I moved into my house, the movers ripped the pipe that routes water to the AC and it burned out the circuit board. I called Brozwood and was serviced right away. I remember being pretty happy with the speed and responsiveness of the guy (I can't remember his name). Fast forward to today, my mom was having some furnace issues and I had her call. They again came out the same day and resolved all the issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Could not take a hot shower unless someone was by the tankless heater (Rinnai) to reset it! Randy came over and carefully went through the system and made it work perfectly! We have a home that is coming on 20 years and is reaching EOL on several items. Sadly, the hottest month of the year our AC crapped the bed and went out, despite our best effort to revive. Brozwood came recommended from our realtor as well as online and we are so glad we listened! We called Monday with some info and to request a technician come out and give an assessment. They were here the next day! Not only that, but after concluding that we would need to replace the full unit, we got a fair quote on price, but asked them for some time to do our due diligence. After calling around to 4 other HVAC companies in the valley (all of which quoted significantly higher), we called Brozwood back to ask lead time on install. It’s now Thursday (they were here Wednesday to install) of the same week and I’m writing this review in the coolness of our home. They were fast, fair, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will absolutely recommend that anyone and everyone use Brozwood for HVAC needs. They’re amazing.

Every person that came to my house was on time, super friendly, and professional. The install was done well. I would highly recommend contacting them if you need a new AC and/or furnace.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Brozwood. They didn’t disappoint! Nate was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain the process and the options for the install. He didn’t make me feel as though my questions were silly. He worked so quietly I didn’t really know he was there. He was considerate of my dogs and of my home. The install was completed on time and, other than a wonderful new cooling system, there was no trace that they had been there. Nate left everything spotless and functioning perfectly. Nate is the kind of professional you want to work with, efficient, trustworthy, and a genuine care for quality of work. Brozwood’s price was considerably better than the other companies out there, as I did my homework. I made the right decision and saved a ton of money going with Brozwood!

I recently had Brozwood work on my central air system after it stopped working. Blaine, the technician who handled the repair, was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what had failed and what needed to be done to fix it—all in a way that was easy to understand. Once the repair was complete, Blaine ran a full system test to make sure everything was functioning properly. The cool air kicked back on immediately, and the difference was noticeable right away. It was such a relief to have the system running again—especially in this summer heat! I highly recommend Brozwood—and especially Blaine—to anyone in need of HVAC service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

I wanted to change out my 20+ year-old HVAC system before winter and knew what I wanted as far as equipment. I had several companies bid on the project and ended up using Brozwood. Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was perfect and exactly what they said they would do and what I wanted. This company may not spend the big money on advertising as I found them by accident, but I would never use anyone else for HVAC now that I know about Brozwood. They were reasonably priced and their work is superior.

Josh has been our go-to HVAC guy for nearly two decades now. Brozwood and their employees reflect the excellent experience we have had with Josh over the years. Randy came out to check a 4-year-old AC unit, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 10 minutes of arriving. He explained the problem, answered several questions I had about upgrading my system, and not once did I feel obligated to do anything else than what he showed up for in the first place. It's so hard to find good, honest, and efficient contractors these days, so it is a breath of fresh air to know there are companies/people like Brozwood out there still fighting the good fight. I would submit that Brozwood can fill in if you don't already have an HVAC company, or they would match or exceed the company you already rely on. Thanks Josh, Randy, and the Brozwood company!

I can't say enough about my HVAC experience with Brozwood. I initially contacted them to get a quote to add air conditioning to my duplex that had 2 swamp coolers. They came out quickly and gave me a very competitive quote compared to the other quotes I had received from a couple other big name brands in the valley. They completed the work in about 2 days. They communicated throughout the whole process and the install crew was polite and pleasant to work with. They did such a good job, I had them do additional work at my home which they completed quickly as well. I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.
