I recently had Brozwood work on my central air system after it stopped working. Blaine, the technician who handled the repair, was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what had failed and what needed to be done to fix it—all in a way that was easy to understand.
Once the repair was complete, Blaine ran a full system test to make sure everything was functioning properly. The cool air kicked back on immediately, and the difference was noticeable right away. It was such a relief to have the system running again—especially in this summer heat!
I highly recommend Brozwood—and especially Blaine—to anyone in need of HVAC service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

Josh has been our go-to HVAC guy for nearly two decades now. Brozwood and their employees reflect the excellent experience we have had with Josh over the years. Randy came out to check a 4-year-old AC unit, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 10 minutes of arriving. He explained the problem, answered several questions I had about upgrading my system, and not once did I feel obligated to do anything else than what he showed up for in the first place. It's so hard to find good, honest, and efficient contractors these days, so it is a breath of fresh air to know there are companies/people like Brozwood out there still fighting the good fight.
