We called Monday with some info and to request a technician come out and give an assessment. They were here the next day! Not only that, but after concluding that we would need to replace the full unit, we got a fair quote on price, but asked them for some time to do our due diligence. After calling around to 4 other HVAC companies in the valley (all of which quoted significantly higher), we called Brozwood back to ask lead time on install. It’s now Thursday (they were here Wednesday to install) of the same week and I’m writing this review in the coolness of our home.

He took the time to explain the process and the options for the install. He didn’t make me feel as though my questions were silly. He worked so quietly I didn’t really know he was there. He was considerate of my dogs and of my home. The install was completed on time and, other than a wonderful new cooling system, there was no trace that they had been there.
